Booked an apt 3 weeks ahead. They only sent me a consent form that I signed and sent back. No one sent me the giant questionnaire to fill out until I was at the appointment which I took the day off for, drove 45min, and the form is so long it would have taken most of my appointment time to fill out. No one checked in 3 weeks that I was missing forms. What the hell.

This place is saving my life. Pure and simple truth. I used to see another provider in our area that will go unnamed. I would miss 1 out of every three treatments because they couldn’t get insurance on board. I found TMS RELIEF and four days later I had an appointment covered by insurance. Now 2 years have passed and because the staff at this office is so good, I have NEVER missed a weekly treatment. They are saving my life. I have had chronic pain for 30 years, and until I found the northbrook office, I was holding on by a thread.

From the minute you walk in the door until you are done, you will be cared for, respected, and treated better than I thought possible in the spravato world. . EVERYONE in the northbrook office are amazing. Give them a try. Your life will be better. I guarantee it.
