LAZ Parking

Currently an hour and a half into an indefinite wait for our car because both elevators are down. The elevator service guy told us one of the elevators had been broken for days but garage management neglected to call the repair company. Not entirely surprising since it’s managed by LAZ, but definitely an easily preventable situation. No word as to whether we’ll even get our car back today or receive any type of compensation for the major disruption to our travel plans.

Would definitely recommend choosing a different garage with better management if you want reliable access to your vehicle.
