It's not a proper americano because they didn't add water. This is just a scheme for tourists that could have asked for an abatanado that is the same but costs half of the price.

got yelled at for not coming to the counter on time, they ran through the numbers. also our cappuccino was tasteless.

The customer service was very, very poor. The employees were rude. They didn't have enough materials to make a sandwich, such as tomato and lettuce. The coffee was cold. We will never come back. Not recommended.
