Fantastic views of Amsterdam station and Amsterdam itself, it's easily reachable via the ferry which I think was free, located at the rear of Amsterdam central train station, it's very easy to see and find, tickets were about 20-30 euros which I think is fairly reasonable! There are restaurants and pubs locally and you can also visit the eye film and photography museum that are close by, there is also a hotel onsite so if you wanted a different kind of experience in Amsterdam you could happily just stay in this location and discover parts of Amsterdam that you probably wouldn't if you stayed in central Amsterdam, I would definitely recommend a visit it's a very interesting experience

If you like good views and extremely swinging it’s a perfect fit for you. I think it’s definitely worth it with the city pass card as there 3 activities included on it nearby the lookout. The swing is sold separately but it’s very affordable. You can spend time waiting for your time slot not in a line but at the bars and restaurants on the roof.
Wow! That was the place for me in Amsterdam. The swing thing is just so cool if you’re not afraid of height of course. It’s better to buy ticket in advance otherwise everything could be booked. It is quite popular place. There are lots of attractions inside. First you’re going in elevator to the rooftop. There is photo shot area before entering elevator so make sure you make a shot. There is light show in elevator so prepare your cameras. Rooftop has great view to the sea and city. It can be quite windy there though. Hosts are making pictures for you while swinging (which you then can buy but it’s totally worth it). You can buy video from swing as well. I can say it was the best thing I did in Amsterdam so if you’re not afraid of height, it is just must to try. Totally unforgettable experience.

Gives you a great view of Amsterdam with some cool educational and historical pictures and captions. We also booked the canal cruise with it and that was my favorite part.

Visiting A'DAM Lookout was an unforgettable experience! The panoramic views of Amsterdam are breathtaking, and the swing atop the tower is exhilarating. The interactive exhibits provide insight into the city's history and culture. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall visit. Don't miss out on this iconic attraction when in Amsterdam
After a grey start to the day, I'm so pleased the sun came out, and I could show my daughter the amazing views from the tower and the swing.
Starting with the lift up to the top with its cool light show, It has an amazing restaurant and bar with a glass bottom hole to stand on at such a hight it is a bit scary but a good photo opportunity.
The top viewing tower also has an open air bar with seating and music. A huge red horse and Dam letters for more amazing photo opportunities.
Finally, a lovely little gift shop at the end. It was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend a visit. It's fun for all the family.

I had a wonderful time at the lookout point in Amsterdam with its mesmerizing view of the entire city. The swing experience was incredible, offering a thrilling perspective. However, I was disappointed that they don't offer video shoots at night, which would have been a spectacular addition. Nonetheless, the staff were extremely polite and cooperative, enhancing the overall experience. Highly recommended for a perfect day out in Amsterdam!
