** TO THE OWNER of this KOPIDEPANRUMAH IPOH,
Please be informed, this visit happened last year 14th DEC'2022.
i believe you are the one should STOP being 'Malay' sebab orang bagi komen tak boleh terima. We've experienced this. Maybe the luck was not with us, you probably datang period that time. Others may not facing the same, you might be improved already. But for us, SORRY no 2nd time visit.
NOT RECOMMENDED for coffee. The name "Kopi Depan Rumah" and nice photo online is purely for marketing ONLY.
- NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY at all
- CUSTOMER service -ve/0
- Coffee beans is just so-so with lowest skill of latte art.
We saw the gate open while heavy rain when we arrived at this place. So straight away went inside and parked since NO OTHER customers cars and none of customer at the counter.
But then,after we placed order, the barista, a malay woman with an annoyed face welcoming us and said towards us "You guys cannot parking inside here. You should parked outside of the gate and come over here using your umbrella"
Wahhhh .. is this how you welcomed your customers? And its heavy rain at that time. You should learn better on the customer service. The shop name is Kopi Depan Rumah. So we should parked ' depan rumah' la to get your coffee. Please treat your customers better if you wanted to sustain your brand. We knew that its a bungalow house and perhaps you just running the business just for fulfilling your free time. But anyway you should appreciate people who comes to buy your coffee. We didnt come get that for free. Such a bad experience. Never facing this in other local cafe before this.
