Company has grown to offer production packages of 50k to 1million and still pay their freelancers 350.00 for a full day. It is because of this your client experience may vary greatly depending on whether a professional is willing to accept such low wages or not. The turnover rate of producers is also very high.

As a client I would be horrified to learn that the company that I have on a 50k retainer is sending camera people and directors with less than a year experience in production. And as a young video professional I would be wary of accepting work with a company that is only concerned with their own growth and not my own development, health, and safety.
