Another castostrophic coffee order!
Asked to wait 15 minutes for a pour over to then realise after 20 minutes they haven't even started the pour over.
Forget smiling and the 'have a nice days'. Pour the cups of coffee. Disaster

Tarun and Aastha: they both should get employee of the year awards. I spilled my iced latte and had approached them just with the concern of spillage, but they made me a new one and gave it to me for free. THAT’s HOW GREAT THEY ARE. THEY NEED A PAY RAISE, A HUGE BONUS. GOD BLESS THEM WITH PROSPERITY AND HAPPINESS. Absolutely lovely experience!!!
The staff is very sweet and courteous. They were kind enough to make my day special (it was my birthday) by offering us a free drink and a cake slice. Special mention to Roshan & Ekta, thankyou so much guys!
