An unprofessional doctor who does not respect or value time patient and makes wait 50 minutes after the appointment time, to come in, no to said sorry for delayed and stay there for five minutes to find out your diagnosis
Unhappy at all

The worst Surgery I had been to. Rude and unhelpful receptionists. They should not be put in their positions if they are unhappy with their jobs! Don't even deserve a 1 star.

Some of the doctors are brilliant especially Dr Jabeen, however the receptionists that work here are appalling. They’re consistently unhelpful, rude, and ignorant, which is particularly frustrating given that calls are recorded, yet they seem to face no consequences. It's baffling how whenever one seeks to escalate an issue to the manager, they conveniently happen to be absent. Seems like anyone can land a job here as a receptionist without undergoing proper training or acquiring even the most basic understanding of customer service.

This is seriously not a good surgery.

I have called multiple times to be told 'your condition is not serious enough to see a GP, I am registered with the surgery, but surely this is illegal and not right, when you are a patient and can barely move, I think that is considered serious.

I wish the receptionists were kinder or compassionate, I am a very compassionate person and would never get annoyed or frustrated at all, but there comes a point where you are pushed back so much and belittled by the receptionist staff that you end up giving up trying to get an appointment and would rather just get ill and sick...

This is in need for a desperate investigation Leagrave Surgery. Just very disappointed in the service.

Is mostly a good surgery except booking appointments is very hard as they are always busy and unfortunately they have put my biggest fear in the corner of the hallway and I am too scared to walk past it so I hate visiting the surgery for this main reason.
