Took my dad to see Dr Arif as a follow up appointment to some tests. The service he received was fantastic. Dr Arif was kind, caring, thorough and gave my dad the time he needed to ensure we could get the right care and further tests at the hospital on the same day. He also took the time to explain the tests results to me so I could follow up with the specialists. My dad could not have received any better care even if he'd gone private. We are very grateful that he got to see such a fantastic Dr.

The experience I received yesterday at this practice was amazing. Dr Rashid went above and beyond to get me the help and support I needed and did not stop until she had got me seen by the hospital. I cannot thank her enough for her help as I know how busy she was and how much time this process took. I would also like to thank Dr Arif , Dr Umer and the reception staff who over the past few few have also been amazing, acting quickening and efficiently on my behalf and made me feel at ease. Amazing team work. Thank you for caring xx

Rianna was lovely today. So are the other doctors. Its a nice surgery. Even the receptionists are a lot politer than the previous ones. Its easier to get appointments long as you call at 8am.

Stepping stones has cared for my father for the past 14 years , through a time he was not well and required regular appointments. The staff from reception to the GPs were excellent with him and he always received the support needed. In the past year my father needed extra medical support which was provided without any fuss, often Dr Arif would do a home visit where needed or would call to check up on my dad , which he did not need to do . Whenever we needed an appointment we were able to get one for the same day or next day. The GPs at the practice treated him with care, dignity and went above and beyond for him. The facilities in the surgery are excellent from the on site physio to having a on site pharmacist is helpful as you can get everything you need in one place . The care and treatment patients receive from the practice is second to none.

I have been to the pharmacy for the first time today and the lady who was in the staff helped a lot to find my kids prescriptions.Unfortunately I couldn't collect my medicines due to GPs error but the service you provided was amazing.I will definitely come again 🙂

My family have been registered with this practice since its inception, many years ago. Although I am no longer a patient as I moved out of the area, I still have regular contact with the practice for both my elderly parents, and my brother who has difficulty conversing due to a stammer. I have to say I have always received a really helpful service from all staff at the surgery, from receptionists who do an amazing job dealing with so many telephone calls and face to face contacts, to the physios, nursing staff and GPs. Dr Rashid has been really helpful today for my brother. It is very comforting to know my family are in a really helpful practice. Thank you to all at Steppingstones.

After an awful experience with a doctor at this surgery I will now be looking for a better GP practise, the doctor breached privacy laws talking about my personal medical circumstances in front of patients in a waiting room & during the appointment he was more bothered about his phone and computer rather than the patient. I will be putting in a breach of data protection claim also .. if anyone is thinking of joining this surgery stay clear!!
