Always whenever here, my favourite shop but today quality isn't that good. Filling also reduced, outer crust is hard and dry... probably today is my last visit

Lovely people who make u feel welcomed. Also nice food which is served hot. Fast and quick service not making you wait long.

Clearly no care given to those with disabilities,
I ordered through the too good to go app,
Go to collect and the guy wants to take my phone, and without asking, when I show the collection code,
I'm showing you the too good to go app, what more do you need?,
Says he needs to swipe the collection tab which is located at the bottom of the screen, they went to the top of the screen,
I said don't touch a customers phone, he says "why, WHY" and there was anger in his tone of voice,
clearly no care toward those with disabilities, and I had my badge around my neck too,
You should always ask any customer first before touching their phone, that is especially important with someone that has Autism,
You could trigger someone with autism, like you triggered a response of aggression from me,
Be aware that your actions could cause someone Anxiety, Stress, Anger, etc,

I work on the railway so have visited The Pasty Shop many times. Friendly staff and a great place to get a drink or something to eat. Don’t hesitate coming here if you’re in the station!

Okay so I just paid £7 for a pasty.

Bought a pasty on Saturday evening (01/04) and half way through realised the meat was raw! (See photos). It's obvious to say, I then had a case of food poisoning the next day.
There is no contact information for the Pasty Shop online or via Liverpool St. Station Customer Service to contact this company and notify them that they are selling raw food, that they may have posed a risk to other customers... or indeed get a refund.
Hopefully I'll get some contact this way...

Juicy ‘giant’ Cornish steak pasty. £6.29 which is a bit on the expensive side, bit considering this is a prime location it’s probably standard pricing. Service is fast and efficient but no smiles
