Understaffed and those who work here think they are Thierry Hermes family. So rude and they don't speak good English at all. There were 3 staff around one customer and if you're young person they just ignore you.
They should learn how Cartier and other brands treats millennials and gen Z. These are the customers that make big revenue for them.
If you want to buy Hermes, don't bother with undereducated cashier's here, just do online order.

Exceptionally rude security
Do you consider it to be fine to ask a potential buyer “are you with someone inside?”
I’m not even close to look like a homeless who just decided to do window shopping
When I mentioned to the security guy that he was rude I just heard a sarcastic “thank you”

A surprisingly small store. It was initially closed off after a family went it - we assume they were of import, as they left with many bags. Perhaps, this is why they were out of our sizes?!
A very small selection with limited sizing.
