You always know what to expect from a Wetherspoons. This one was nice, spacious and very clean. Nice outdoor space too. Food and drink ordered on the app and served pretty quick. Large toilets (would you believe not up any stairs?!) and some nice artwork on the ceiling.

Only stopped for a quick drink but ended up enjoying 3 great beers. Cheers 🍻

The pub was busy when we arrived, but still got a table.

I ordered drinks and food and both turned up promptly and the food was good.

An extra benefit was there is a tap takeover by the brewery; Roman Way on at the minute.

Fomos para ver o Rugby das seis nações mas na verdade não havia muita gente interessada. Ainsa assim conseguimos ver o jogo e esteve-se bem. É um bar bastante ruidoso mas se queres passar uma boa noite e beber uns copos dá perfeitamente. O serviço de pedidos automáticos funciona perfeitamente.

Had a lovely meal out here with friends. Really nice wetherspoons one of the best ones I've been too. Had a lovely Halloumi Burger with a fried egg and it was bliss 🍳 Good place to get a meal or drink depending on what you need 😁

Visited this place at opening time at 8am, and I ordered a eggs benedict and a bottomless cup of tea.
The original wetherspoons from many years back, a well established free house in Central Milton Keynes.
A 5 minute walk to the main west coast mainline railway station, and a 10 minute walk to the shopping centre.
Good food when the pub is quiet, and a large area to sit with a big outside seating area too, great in the summer.
During the day natural light floods into the pub because of large windows all around.
On Sunday evenings there is a free quiz at 7pm, most times are busy especially Fridays and Saturdays, weekdays at lunchtimes gets busy because of office workers nearby, come to have lunch here.
I do like this pub, which is not named apart from just being named wetherspoons free house.
If you are coming by train to go shopping., this wetherspoons is mid way between the station and shopping centre, so come in and take a well earned break.
Tuesday's is steak club and Thursday's is curry club, a meal and a alcoholic drink for under 10 pounds.

We visited this Wetherspoons in June 2023. Very individual Wetherspoon pub in a unit with an interesting steel structure and wraparound full-length windows. Plenty of seating inside and it retains a somewhat traditional feel despite the modern feel of the building and its wavy roof.
