Parking conditions in this place are horrendous.
I parked, went to get silly badge from counter if the shop, took me a bit because it was busy and line was very long. I got badge and went back to parking to insert it.

Week later I got parking ticket! Reason was, that badge was not visible.

Someone waited for me to enter the shop and seconds after I did that they made pictures of my car and post it as "badge not visible".

I don't know who is doing that, but store should change these idiotic rules with badges.

When I came to the shop to speak with management about my ticket, I was told that manager will not talk to me, because that are not responsible for tickets issued on shop parking.

I was loyal customer since before COVID, but now I will NEVER return to this shop.
I got scammed and after treated with NO respect and any help from shop management to sort it out.

Great coffee, great food, amazing cakes and friendly efficient staff.

High standards here, good coffee and even take away chicken and chips was excellent.

Greate place with huge choice of polish deli.
However the people working there , especially ladies on meat section are extremely rude . Wouldn’t like to experience this any more .

I just received a parking charge. Noone said anything about permit for the parking. Called the store but it seems they don't care their customer been charged for something so stupid. Not worth going there again!!

Unfortunately you just lost regular customer. I just received Parking Ticket issued within 30 seconds. Is there someone from the window above making pictures of vehicles. So basically either run to get permit from shop or shop somewhere else. I can't effort to pay each time to get parking tickets not these days. See you hopefully when the owner solve the problem maybe with 10 minutes free ticket from machine at the back of the shop so it gives enough time for customers to go and get the permit holder ticket. Shopping is already stressful enough don't need extra stress. Happy New Year :)
