Riders will contact you only when they are already at the location. Then, when unanswered, they will leave. Also, they dial your number only once. Felt bad for the seller. Bad service!!
Rider marked my parcel as unsuccessfull delivery attempt, uploaded a photo as proof of delivery - guess what?! wrong address! the photo even shows a different house. riders here are disorganized and arrogant!

they will deliver your parcel with a surprise. they will not bother to inform you ahead of time. they will tell you that they are already in the location. what if my landmark is too far from my residence? also, they will deliver it even almost 6pm. the courier is so problematic and disorganized! it is stupid that we cannot choose other courier before check out!
super poor service ,di gani mo text ang rider kita pay mamgitag way para makuha lang ang number sa mo deliver ,pero wah jud g deliver akong parcel tapulan ! mag buot-buot ug report unsuccessful kay tungod sa costumer ! gi back to sender nalang uy .. wah jd ayo need kaayo nko akong g order .. pag close mo uy ug engun ani inyu serbisyo .. louy kaau me matunong me sa courier nga tapulan
