Uses “surprise billing” as a scam tactic. I was given all the charges for my knee replacement. I asked if this included anesthesia and everything. Billing dept agreed it was complete based on the insurance I provided and that my deductible had been met. Received an $89 bill, paid it. Then started receiving text messages that I had an outstanding balance of $7899. Ummm that’s not allowed my friend. Train your admins, get your act together, stop harassing people.

Zero stars !! They over bill you! I got billed twice for the same thing. I got a bill for 129$ then a few weeks later I received a bill for 320$! My procedure was 15 minutes there is no way they administer the anesthesia twice!! They sent in 2 separate claims to my insurance company claiming I had anesthesia administered twice once by the anesthesiologist and once by a registered nurse. My lesson I learned is if I need anesthesia again I will ask what company will administer it! I won’t deal with them ever again!
