My older brother works here i went to see him and I couldn't find him I got asked if I had anything in my bag I said no and they grabbed my bag and looked through it and found nothing disappointing

Food has turned bad and they still sell them to the customer. I ordered from Uber, the bok choy was too old, leaves turned yellow with holes. The stems got mushy and brownish, leaking from the package with a smell. The worst part is the store knew them have gone bad, they cut some of the bad leaves and sent them to the customer!!
Not to mention here is the eggs also got some crack. I had to cook and eat them straight soon I received.

If I could give this store zero stars that's exactly what I would give them I just moved to otahuhu and this place is the closest supermarket to me apart from the Asian stores so I come here for my basic essentials, they never have enough trolleys for customers, please be sure to check the prices when they ring up your stuff because the prices they have on the shelves compared to what is on their system is not the same. The system charges way more than what they have priced on the shelves. I had grabbed my kids frozen pizza $5.49 it rang up $8.99 they had the Cain potatoes hash browns for $4.79 and it rang up $6.70 they had punnets of cherries priced at $7.99 they charged me $12.99..today I came in at 8.30am and they had absolutely no trolleys available only the baskets smh so I left I rather just make the trip to pak n save or countdown then to ever come here again.

The staff are as cold as the store. Whatever happened to a simple “hello” at the checkouts.

Prices on the shelf are alot of the times different to when they scan it. Usually always over priced! The lady security on Sunday 17th did nothing but tell a thief to give the items back that she didn't pay for. Useless!

Today I was surrounded by 3 security guards as I walked into the store and asked to remove my handbag that I wear as a small backpack. I felt like a criminal and instead said I would rather have you check it afterwards. I did this after a quick shop and said I wouldn’t be coming back having shopped here for 20 odd years. He then said to me as I was leaving “enjoy shopping elsewhere” What great service ! Yes I will enjoy shopping elsewhere!! So sorry to lose all the previous employees that made us feel so welcome.
