Es el peor seguro medico que alguien puede tener, no importa el plan d seguro médico q tengas el servicio es pésimo, yo necesitaba un médico cirujano, para realizarme una operación, y me dieron una lista con 15 páginas d nombres d cirujanos q se supone trabajan con el seguro. Y llame ala mayoría d las lista y ningún doctor me pudo atender unos ya ni siquiera aceptan el seguro, otros ya ni siquiera siguen trabajando y otros ni siquiera son los números d teléfono, así q no me ayudado en nada tener seguro médico, por q no puedo encontrar hasta la fecha un docotor q me pueda operar. Así de pésimo e ineficiente es el servicio de United HealtCare.

I hate United Health Care and the customer service policies

They transferred me multiple times to places I didn’t ask for and all I needed was the claims department and they said they were closed and transferred me anyway when I asked why would you transfer me if they are closed and they did it again and transferred after stating I didn’t want too. They were rude and unprofessional and the csr’s cant even understand English and that is in no disrespect to cultural backgrounds but how can you assist individuals when the comprehension is poor and they can’t even follow directions on assisting the members. I got transferred to a hospital when I asked for a manager. So sad of a company.

United Healthcare as a company is an awful company and you should not trust them with your money. Let alone your life. The doctors in their network are some of the worst and you often have to fight to get them to approve of your prescriptions. This company seems to just hate the people on their network
