It's simple : this is possibly the worst hotel I've ever been to. It's actually quite absurd how BAD it is.
The rooms / amenities: Everything is faulty. The vault doesn't work. The faucet is broken and leaks water heavily. No toilet paper, 1 small towel is provided. The phone to the reception doesn't work either.
The staff : Extremely unhelpful, it's crazy. I walked down (as said above, calling doesn't work) to ask them for toilet paper and one more towel (since we're two adults). They said ok, didn't get anything. I did it the second time, same results. I did it the following morning, and said it's unacceptable not to get a towel after asking twice and we need to shower. They assured me it's coming, 1 hour later : NOTHING.
I then overheard the room service staff outside so I ran out of my room, walked to them, and asked them for towels and toilet paper. They brought me one roll of toilet paper, and two very small towels. I asked if I could get 2 towels per adult since those were very small, they said no, can't give me more than that ...
I don't think that I've genuinely seen a service that's so bad. Honestly, even hostels around the world provide a much better service than this. This hotel should be prohibited from operating. If there was a governing tourism body doing inspections, this place would have been closed by now.
Try to avoid at all costs.

Extremely dirty hotel.
1. Just go to the gym area and you will see how unhygienic it is.
2. No one to guide properly.
3. I chose non smoking room, but when ever you go to the restroom you will smell cigarette smell everywhere coming from the vent of the restroom.
4. Hot water in the shower comes like drops, you can’t even have shower peacefully.
5. In other hotels the staff takes luggage from you and assists you till out, in this restaurant, nobody cares how heavy luggage you are carrying.
The only benefit of this hotel is that it is near corniche, that gives you a beautiful view. Else it is really bad. I came to stay in Jeddah for 1 week. I stayed in this hotel for 4 days, and I decided to leave this hotel and stay in intercontinental hotel Jeddah, the service in intercontinental is amazing. It is just 10 minutes away from this hotel. Rest your choice

Promising but very disappointing. Everything is falling apart. Dirty, worn out, questionable hygiene. The breakfast is a bit disgusting in some stations. Coffee machines all beaten up, dirty all around. Seaview is nice but other side has view to a dumpster. I had zero towels in my room, TV remote didn't work, safe was without batteries.
