Went there for a pint before a match at Croke Park. It's about a 20 minute walk from the park, but what a great place to soak up the pregame atmosphere and have a pint. The competition to get a beer at the bar is fierce but the people are friendly everybody takes their turn and the bartenders are great.

Mostly a hit , rarely a miss. Out of maybe 20 lunch visits the carvery was a solid 7/10, which is one of the best in Dublin city centre. I only give 7/10 because any Dublin joint can't match a country carvery done well. Clonsilla Inn comes closest or is just as amazing.
Fagans staff never disappoint

Really nice well known bar with a good atmosphere about it. Pints of Guinness were perfect and the food our small group had was fresh and of good quality( fish and chips and steak sandwich)

Bar staff were fast and efficient, young lady serving us was very friendly but the one negative and reason for a 4 instead of a 5 star review was the lady with the white shirt (looked like a floor supervisor) on the floor who was very abrupt when banging down a drink to our table and was quiet sharp with the young servers when around us.

Found the place accidentally, but the interior is amazing, the foods are well portioned, I like that the thick chips are actually home-made.
I missed that the beers and the prices where not on a drink list but in total it was an absolutly stunning experience

I like the atmosphere of this restaurant. It’s very pleasant to spend an afternoon here. The soup and duck are also good and parking is easy to find on the side street.

This charming traditional pub, renowned for its carvery, provided a fantastic overall experience. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here, from the delicious food and excellent service to the inviting atmosphere. The pints of Guinness were delightful, making the carvery a must-try.

The goat cheese bon bons were dynamite, the fish and chips were great, and the staff was friendly and made me feel happy and welcome to be there.
