The low rating is for the state of the toilet inside the museum. I am deeply sorry to say this, but it was one of the most disgusting places I have seen, and this is supposed to be the museum that holds the largest Maranao culture collection. One of my must-visit places in Marawi is this museum, which is why it is quite disheartening to have Philippines' Maranao pride housed in such a facility. I sincerely hope that the low rating will get some attention from the management to do something about their toilet issue so that it meets the standard of how a world-class facility should be. I am horrified for guests, both local and foreign, to see how the museum has come to be. I will be changing my review to what it needs to be after I hear some improvement in the facility.
