Ngohiong is a Cebuano favorite. And this joint is definitely one of Cebu's best.
The place is quite small and not to comfortable to eat in (so take out is highly recommended).
They do run out of stocks quite early (even as early as 1PM on some days).
PRO TIP: Buy a lot of Ngohiong and store it in your freezer. It still tastes good when you reheat it.
