It would be a good place to be besides the homeless community next door and about 20 stray cats all over the parking area.... The smell of urine from the homeless and smell of their feces every-time I step outside was enough for me to leave. What really turned me off is the manager suggested she would use rat poison on the stray cats if the city did not act. That was unacceptable.
