Je suis voyageuse française. Mon écran s'est cassé lorsque j'étais à Queenstown. J'ai envoyé un message et j'ai eu une réponse en moins de 10min par Ben. Il a été très réactif et professionnel. Il a commandé la vitre, une fois reçu, 1h plus tard le téléphone était prêt et comme neuf. Ben a été très arrangeant, il m'a proposé en attendant de recevoir la vivre de reprendre mon téléphone avec l'écran d'essai qu'il y avait dessus. Je recommande à 1000%, c'est rare de voir aujourd'hui des gens aussi investis et professionnels pour leur clientèle. Merci encore.

Incredible and fast experience
I sent an email I regards to having issues with my phone and immediately got a call back within 10 minutes.
Ben asked me all of the questions about what had happened and what works and what doesn’t.
Highly recommend this place if you want to get your phone fixed. Had it back in my hands from water damage within 5 hours.
