I have really enjoyed my lunch in Clos. The attention to detail is impeccable. The food is quite tasty and is really well made. The service is also very personalized and friendly. Everyone was doing a great job to make sure the experience is top-notch. I would recommend this to anyone in Madrid and I would happily come back :)

He visitado varios restaurantes con estrellas Michelin en distintos países y con seguridad puedo decir que Clos es uno de los mejores.

El servicio fue impecable, no solo fueron muy atentos a la hora de explicarnos cada detalle de cualquier pregunta que tuviésemos si no que también iban más allá y explicaban el origen de ciertos ingredientes.

El maridaje fue muy acertado, fue la justa medida y el perfecto acompañamiento para cada plato, 100% recomiendo ir por esta opción.

Mi esposa es pesceteriana y no tuvieron problema alguno en adaptar los platos para ella. Todas y cada una de las adaptaciones estuvieron al nivel del menú regular.

Solo me queda felicitar al equipo de Clos que hicieron ver fácil lo increíble y pudieron reflejar su pasión por el arte culinario en cada uno de sus platos.

A wonderful experience!
We went for lunch at Clos and were blown away by the hospitality, atmosphere and excellence.
I am pescatarian so some of the dishes were adapted to fit my dietary requirements and they were all delicious. There wasn’t a single dish that I didn’t like.
The wine paring was fabulous and the service was amazing. Everyone was lovely and made the whole experience even better.
All of the dishes are original, flavorful and delicious.
I don’t have any complaints and can recommend Clos! The day after we went to Coque and the food at Clos is better in my opinion, I hope you get a second Michelin star because you definitely deserve it!

Fantastic experience, but I thought the atmosphere could have been better. Looks low key like a normal restaurant from the interior and exterior. Nonetheless, all that matters is the food!

Pros:
The first soup dish was fantastic. 10/10. Was surprised by the flavour of the soup served in a Nespresso cup. I just wished they gave me more.

Fish cooked in seaweed was excellent. Small feedback, the skin was a little charred, giving the fish a little too bitter after taste. I think it would have been perfect if it’s not too charred.

The best dish of the day was the veggie rice. Good balance of acidity and sweetness between the veggie, rice and sauce. 10/10.

Veal was cooked well. I particularly enjoyed the veal side tapas. Good sauce.

The dessert and chocolate were easy 10/10. Good plating and taste.

Cons:
The tapas dish and butter with bread were both average for me. Did not enjoy the onion dish too.

Hemos probado el Menú degustación con Maridaje y no pudimos salir con mejores sensaciones. Cada uno de los platos fueron espectaculares y con un sabor exquisito. Debo destacar el pichón y la lubina.

Además, el nuevo “prepostre” hizo que disfrutara aún mas del maravilloso menú gracias a la combinación de sabores que presentaba.

Por ultimo, me gustaría agradecer el trato que recibimos ya que estuvieron de 10. Sin duda, una experiencia que recomiendo.

ein sehr feines Top-Lokal, das 10 Gänge Menü (tatsächlich um einge mehr) war herausragend zusammengestellt und sensationell im Geschmack, sehr gute Getränkeauswahl und ein tolles Service bei dem man die Begeisterung für das eigene Restaurant spürt, fast schon eine eigene Reise wert
