Wow.. Definitely did not expect how good the meal turned out. Usually Indian food is flavorful but the texture is very predictable and not that interesting, but the chef made the entire menu a fantastic journey of both taste and texture. while I did not eat durian, they assured me the durian they serve tasted and smelled nothing like durian normally does. I reluctantly agreed to try it and was happy that it was indeed very tasty and did not ruin my dinner like someone else had reported. The juice pairing is also well thought out and not too sweet like other juice pairings I've tried in other restaurants.
So far this is one of my favorite modern Indian restaurants, the other being Thevar in Singapore. Well done!

Just go with the flow. Take their 9 Course meal. I am a vegetarian who doesn’t eat Mushrooms and garlic and with these dietary restrictions they made awesome food.

I had the pleasure of dining at the Michelin-starred Restaurant Gaa in Bangkok last night with some friends, and it was an extraordinary experience. The innovative menu, featuring a creative fusion of Indian and Thai flavors, left us all amazed. Each dish was a masterpiece, meticulously crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients and presented beautifully. The ambience was elegant and sophisticated, providing a perfect setting for a memorable evening. The service was impeccable, with the staff being attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food. Restaurant Gaa is truly a culinary gem in Bangkok, and I highly recommend it for an unforgettable dining experience.
The food is amazing. I would say it is the best Indian fine dining I ever had, not too much too spices. Not too spicy. The tastes are very international friendly for everyone who is trying out Indian cuisine. Recommended !!
I had honour to eat at the legendary restaurant Gaa. I have always been a fan of Chef Garima. She is truly a pride of India.
She’s a role model for many in India and across the globe.
We tried the 11 course set meal which is unique and best thing ever happened to Indian Cuisine.
Each and every dish was super super delicious and very creative yet Indian.

I like the concept of Gaa and how innovative it is. The Indi-Thai infusion was very well executed resulting in unique flavors that I truly enjoyed. The atmosphere was so soothing during lunch time with a lovely music selection which I also enjoyed while having my lunch. Would surely love to visit Gaa again hopefully try an update of another seasonal tasting menu.
