The food was amazing. The wine paring is unique and complements well the dishes. One thing that I did not like about the service was that I told them it is my partner birthday and they assured me they will bring candles at the end - this never hapened.
Excellent restaurant worthy of its 2 Michelin stars.
High-end setting with interesting decor, including several windows into mini-atriums with live plants. Service is consistent with the Michelin rating - attentive, friendly, well-informed. Appreciated they showed flexibility on our menus as my son was still suffering the after-effects of food poisoning from a couple days prior.
Food is excellent, with a focus on Spanish ingredients and preparations. Interesting additions to the culinary experience including horse 'jerky' and small kidney pieces to the arroz. Portions aren't enormous, but I certainly left the restaurant full and not hungry. Lovely presentations.
Wine pairing is incredible - some interesting choices (Swedish ice cider) which acted as superb complements to the dishes they were paired with. Would definitely recommend the pairing.

The wine is the star of the evening. The sommelier is on top of his game, pairing the meal perfectly. The flavors were good, but sometimes felt too pretentious or too performative. The dining area feels generic. There were two issues while we dine (bathroom and dress code). The dinner was good, it is just that you expect more from a 2 star place.
We had an amazing lunch at El Poblet restaurant. We felt very comfortable and well served throughout our whole lunch service. We chose their Territoria tasting menu and it was sensational. Each courses were delicious and exceptional. It was a flavour explosion for the palette and their courses are very daring comparing to the Valencian authentic cuisine. The head chef and his team really done an amazing job by creating this challenging creative menu. The service personnel were very friendly and talented. The sommelier were very talented aswell and walked us through about the vast variety of their wine selection. Do try their local wines. The ambiance also nice and minimalistic. If you are someone who loves the gourmet fine dining this is well worthy place to be. They also make you adjustments with their courses in case you have allergies or intolerances. We would love to visit for another time here for their next Menu.
Great experience with this 2 stars Michelin restaurant. Every dish with an authentic Valencia story or background. Good food, and better culture “education”. I really like it.
