Excellent gym! Lots of great machines, free weights, CrossFit area and plenty of cardio machines. Super clean. The whole place has a cool vibe. Friendly people. I wish I had more energy to train longer!

One of the best fitness studio that are available in Mannheim. Located in the city center in the Q6Q7 shopping mall. The gym offers a swimming pool, sauna and steam bath area. many courses are offered daily, which are included in the membership. The gym gets really crowded in the evening, but during the day it’s quite empty. Most of the coaches are pretty helpful and super friendly. the gym has a stretching area and some E-Gym machines. One of the add-ons to the membership that’s fitness first offer every now and then the possibility to bring a friend or family member to train with them for free.
Parking for 2 hours (at Bauhaus Parkhaus) for each visit is included within the membership.

A super fitness studio with clean, peaceful and sufficient fitness equipment. Trainers are friendly and interested. I would definitely recommend you to come here and do the trial training.
