Manager Peva is quite rude, 3 tomes we were here, 3 times they didn't keep our reservation for us, we came to the desk every tome and every time we had changes and problems. They don't allow you to connect with chief manager, manager Peva at the desk is not polite, responsible and friendly at all. He is not making a dialogue with you, he doesn't care about you at all!!! Never met such rude personal!!!!

We came here through a tour. Do not use a tour or go see the volcano through this park. You don't really hike to the base of the volcano. You only get to a pile of rocks with nice views. But you can get these views from a lot of different places. I wanted to go to the ash base of the volcano. I wouldn't even waste my time with the lagoon.
