I visited to get my eyes checked and got a new pair of Oakley prescription glasses.

It was stress free experience with optometrist Nadyah(Yaya), and I also got my eyes checked for cataracts.

Good value for money, and will definitely revisit!

I’ve visited and made purchases at their branch at City Square and Paradigm Mall. Both outlets have superb customer service and it’s amazing that every staff is polite and pleasant. I liaise with Herlina at City Square and she is so patient and nice. There are so many optical shops but MOG is my preferred! Their contact lens prices are the best! Thank you!

Absolutely meticulous and incredibly warm service by Kelvin! It was our first time here and Kelvin was super patient and friendly as he explained the differences in contact lenses and also transition glasses for us! My experience at MOG Paradigm Mall was excellent. Syria was highly professional and had a great sense of style, suggesting alternative frames. The shop was spacious, allowing my sister and I to comfortably rest after placing our contact lenses in saline. The eye check was quick and accurate, confirmed by my optometrist a week later. Syria patiently explained different lens types and was knowledgeable about their products. Despite initially expecting a longer wait, I received my spectacles in just 6 days, which was surprisingly fast for the holiday season. Thank you, Syria and team at MOG Paradigm Mall!

A family member and I both bought prescription lenses from this optical shop in JB for the second time.
This time round, the progressive lenses we have chosen would be the Hoya brand.
The Assistant Manager was patient in testing our vision and in selection of the frames. ( Great service from this guy, he should be promoted!) As both the frames are in the price range of MYR 1,790 ~3,500, we think that the service provided can be justified for the premium pricing.
It took about 2.5 weeks to receive our customised prescription spectacles in Singapore. The time to receive is reasonable having that this shop in JB sent it to Hoya Thailand’s factory for the customisation before sending to us by express delivery in Singapore.
Happy with the slight discount given to my lenses for the anti-blue ray function.
