I went to this place in january 2022, almost two years ago. As a foreigner, with no knowledge of Finninsh language I was super well attended by the woman who did. We were all wearing masks because of covid but I remember she had dreadlocks in her hair. She spoke very good english and my photos were printed fast and good. She even gave me a few sheets of paper for free to write a letter with my photos.
I would put 0 stars if I could.
I have a very bad experience today, around 14:30-15:00 o’clock, I waited in line a few minutes and one girl, brunette with short hair came to “help” me. I kindly asked her to print my cv (i needed it printed 30 times) I explained clear what I want, but she did a mistake one time and the second time she made 20, even though I paid for 30.
She was disrespectful all the time, rolling her eyes and after made me wait more than 10 minutes for a very simple task.
I will never come again.
