Very accommodating for test riding some cargo bikes, friendly, patient. Good with the kids and found a parking spot round the back easy on a weekday morning.

Ordered two identical bikes, one from Frog manufacturer directly and one from the Manchesterbikes shop. The bike from the manufacturer came with no issues.

The bike from Manchesterbikes was the opposite, the front brakes didn’t work, you could pull the brake handle and the front brakes didn’t move. Below on the pink bike you can see the brake structure is out of alignment compared to the green bike from manufacturer & this is after I’ve tightened it, before the structure was about 1-2inch further apart.

The bike shop didn’t fit the chain guard. I’ve contacted the manufacturer and they said they should have. Taken the bike to another professional bike shop and they couldn’t fit the guard even with guide from the manufacturer. They said the crank is defective and sticks out by a few mm which prevents the guard from being fitted.

I’ve contacted this shop and had very little help and they have basically wiped their hands of this.

Cute shop with very friendly service. I was replacing my inner tube outside the shop when it exploded as I was pumping it and they very kindly offered me a free replacement.

Excellent service, brilliant knowlege of bikes (even after buying the bike), bike test (1 months rental : used for commute & work, choice of bikes available is good), bikeabilty course with council arranged (strongly advised if not been cycling for a while), full demo with staff before leaving with new Tern bike. Best of all, the bike I was advised to get, fits my needs & has saved me a fortune in petrol, insurance & repairs ( carbon belt, no chain). Been to other bike shops, MB was above & beyond any of these. Outstanding!
