What a pleasant experience working with NE Playset Assembly. The quote process was extremely efficient - received a quote within a few minutes of completing the form on the site (even on the weekend). The assembly was scheduled for a few days later and again, the communication and efficiency was top notch. The installer reached out the night before, arrived exactly when stated, and completed the job same day. Could not have asked for this to go better. Would recommend NE Playset Assembly to anyone!

We used New England Playset Assembly for our metal swingset. Stan is the owner and is great! He was very responsive, accommodating to a few schedule changes (on our end) and reasonable. Our installer was Jose and he completed the job by himself in one day. We were very happy with them!

Jose kept me informed of his arrival time which I appreciated. He showed up when he said he would and was very efficient about getting set up with everything needed to put the Playset together. I would recommend New England playset assembly to anyone with one of these to build.

Highly recommend! From the moment I sent the “contact us” form, I got very prompt responses from Stan. All of my questions were answered and all the information was thorough. The pricing was clear, fair and did not change.
Once I gave my deposit, my assembly was scheduled within a week. They had an opening sooner but my play set was due to arrive in a week.
Thiago was great! He texted me his arrival time the day before and was very courteous upon arrival. He got right to work and brought everything he needed to get the job done. He assembled a play set and a separate swing set exactly where I showed him. He called me outside for me to inspect before he anchored it to the ground. I like that he went over all the safety measures with me at the end. He left the yard as clean as he found it. He broke down all the cardboard and put on the curb for the recycling truck to pick up. I believe overall it was a good value. Knowing that a professional assembled my first grandson’s play set, and that it is safe is reassuring.

Our backyard discovery playset came out fantastic! The team was prompt, efficient, and did an outstanding job putting together such a complex project. They also made sure they had my input on location, final tweaks to the mapping once the structure was up, and informed us on maintenance. Highly recommend!

I would very highly recommend NE Playset if you are in Connecticut and looking for help to assemble a playscape. Very prompt response and easy to schedule. Caesar is an outstanding worker! He is so professional, personal and really goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are satisfied. The company that we ordered the playset from did not include all the correct boards to the rock wall. Caesar made us aware of this and came back once we received the new boards to finish the job and make sure we were happy. 5 Stars for Caesar!!
