He charges different prices when you use the card because he doesn’t wanna pay taxes. Don’t even go here they will charge you extra without letting you know.

I went there to get a pizza I couldn’t get a pizza because they only accept cash and they don’t take card payments when I told him you have a business and you don’t take card payments after a bit of argue he told me yes I have cash machine so he lied to me at the start,when I told him okay let me pay with card he tried to charge me extra 3£ in this economy.Don’t go there and waste your time,UNPROFESSIONAL.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Horrible service and horrible staff! We ordered pizza over the phone for Iftar time. The guy over the phone said we’ll get it on time for Iftar but it might be 10 mins early or late which we were okay with as we didn’t know how traffic will be like. 20 mins after iftar - we kept calling and there was no answer. Once someone finally picked up, they said the food was not yet prepared yet let alone out for delivery! His excuse was that they were busy but this should have been communicated when booking and/or had a call to update so we could make do with other plans as we didn’t prepare anything as we thought this was going to come. We usually order from Camden branch so majorly disappointed with this branch. Pure laziness, horrible service and staff have the audacity to argue when they are in the wrong. Do yourselves a favour and order from Camden or Bayswater branch, AVOID THIS ONE.

Went there for 3 - 4 times, every time they said we don't have pan for 7" pizza. And asked for Cash payment only.
I don't know why they're not accepting Card.

Thanks to Reza and the crew there. Great pizza and amazing customer service. Shame on pizza go go politics they can't deliver in other areas due to other franchises complaining. Only collection

We placed an order for 4 big pizza, we recieved the order without the garlic sauce. We called back, and explained what happened, the manager called us liars and start swearing, saying that the sauce is there. Big lie. A manager with such rudeness, you can't blame the employees. Worst customer service ever.
