پارک Xel-Ha

I was in Cancun and wanted to do some water activities and this place had lots to choose from. We zip lined , jumped off cliffs, snorkeling and they have so much more . It definitely is a must if you're in that area.

We came here as an excursion from our resort, and boy did we have fun! This is all inclusive, so it comes with all the gear, food, drink, and lockers. This made it very convenient to leave our stuff in a locker all day, because we didn’t need money to grab snacks. It was great getting to see all of the wildlife, such as the macaws and dolphins. Our favorite part was floating down the river in tubes. While you don’t need to be a strong swimmer to enjoy the day (they require life vests in the water), if you dislike water this probably is not the right park for you.

I wish they had more variety for what is included in the park ticket. They have tons to do throughout the park, but a lot of it is extra on top of your ticket. I also was not a fan of their snorkel mask, and found snorkeling nearly impossible because of it. It’s a mask that covers your entire face, which is perfect for beginners. However, it fogged up within seconds of going into the water, limiting the visibility and making it more of a hassle to use. Overall, we had a lot of fun here!

If you have the time, this is definitely worth a visit!

I was wary of overpriced commercial parks but this place was worth it. I didn't realize the price included meals and drinks (and beer!). The atmosphere is REALLY cool, and the water and surroundings are very well maintained. We really enjoyed just walking around the place and feeling safe and seeing the natural wonders there.

Awesome place to visit. Dolphins are usually half price when you get inside. Lots to do snorkelling is so much fun. One day is borderline enough. I would do 2 to relax and fit everything in. Food included at the fast food restaurant is excellent

The kids (14 and 15) loved this place! Tons to do and the food in the restaurants is surprisingly good!! Highly recommend doing the super snorkel- by far the highlight of the day. $60/person for 30 minutes but they LOVED it. No long lines for bathrooms or showers. We had massages there and while the massages were great, a husband was waiting for his wife while she had a massage and they had two screaming toddlers there THE ENTIRE TIME that I wish the massage place would have asked them to wait elsewhere because it ruined the experience for us when you’re wanting relaxation and tranquility.

We came from Planet Hollywood and the ride was a little over 3 hours, which was longer than expected but the bus was comfortable.

The snorkel masks fogged immediately so that was frustrating.

The place was clean- people were constantly cleaning floors in the restaurants and bathrooms so water wasn’t pooled everywhere, and the service in the restaurants was very friendly and quick.

The best water park I’ve ever been to!!! Do not skip this place when in the Cancun/Tulum area! So many different things to see & do, for all ages. It was $116 USD/person, with food & drinks included in the price (even alcohol). A very fair price for all there is to offer there! Very well maintained & staff were very nice. I can’t wait to be back! We were there for 8 hours & got to do everything we wanted to do! The food wasn’t amazing, but when you’re hungry from doing water activities all day, it does the job. Lockers all around the park are free to use, snorkeling gear is provided at no extra cost, plenty of chairs provided with shade.

The price had me worried... But it was worth it... Great relaxing day doing water activities. Food was good, never felt overly crowded. It is really a choose your own adventure type place. I would strongly recommend it. Lifejackets are required, I am a strong swimmer but after all day I was glad at the end to have it.
