We honestly went to Coral Reef after reading the reviews, unfortunately the ambience of the hotel was all that was worth mentioning, the seating arrangements, the interiors were well done.
On the down side, the following:
1. The soup was served cold, imagine chicken manchow soup being served cold and that too with no mention of noodles in it!
2. Chicken steak was served (cold) inspite of being mentioned as chicken sizzler on the menu.
3. The fruit juice and lime juice was served "warm" minus the ice, a first for all of us.

We stayed at your hotel on May 5th - We opted 3 Rooms for our families.

Unfortunately, Ajith performance as a receptionist was among the poorest we've encountered in the hotel industry.

As a vegetarian, I really loved their Kerala Parotas so much that I had them twice in a span of three days- once on my way into Ernakulam and the other time on my way out. It paired really well with their Kerala style veg curry.

The service staff is polite and attentive.

Family restaurant serves good food, great atmosphere and super kids friendly setup with even a kids indoor play area within the AC restaurant next to the dining table.

I was room guest, hotel is good very close to Railway station. Its Bar is famous among the youngsters

Food was very tasty.. Perfect Kerala cuisine..staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good.. .our twins also had fun in d play area inside the Restuarant..

Located on the first floor of the coral reef hotel. The food was very nice and the manager gave good food suggestions when we told what type of food we were looking for. He also made sure the food was spicy like we requested! We ordered the squid sambal and prawns roast with rice and caramel custard ! Would recommend if you wanna get some nice food when you are around in the area
