Roberta ar Vaticano office station was very friendly and extremely helpful in providing us with all the details we needed not only for their vatican tours, but also for all other tours they operate in Rome. I strongly recommend this office and particularly asking Roberta to organize your Tours, have fun!

In May 2024 we made a fantastic tour Tour of the Trevi Fountain under the ground Domus. We booked it at "getyourguide".
Our tour guide was Erika.
She knew a lot about history and had a fascinating answer to every question. I would ask her again to take a tour of Rome. It has so much more value if you also get to hear the story. That makes the city even more beautiful.
So thank you Erika for the beautiful experience.

Treat tourists with zero compassion nor respect and we had to pay tickets again as we were a few minutes late. One staff member was particularly rude and told us that we should have showed up at least 15 minutes early “like the other customers”and that “there was nothing they could do”. Wow. Whilst I respect that there is an allocated reservation, by the time we got in to the Vatican due to the queue it would’ve hardly made any difference.To speak to the customer like a child in this manner was just plain rude.

The “fast tickets/skip the queue” was a huge scam as we ended up waiting just as long as the normal queue.

I bought a ticket from them for Vatican Museum and Sixteenth Chapel for 35 euro for 2.30 pm (the only slot I found a day prior), at the Touristation Office I asked what is the time limit to visit and I was told that the museum closes at 7 pm and was directed to start the tour there. What they failed to mention is that the Sixteenth Chapel closes at 4 pm... so when I realised this it was too late to get there in time.
It was also my mistake that I didn't check the closing time but realistically there was not enough time to visit both the museum and the chapel in 1h and a half, so the ticket was not worth the price.
I don't recommend getting this type of ticket for later than 12.30 pm.

Jessica was extremely helpful with us! I made a wrong reservation and she was kind and thoughtful, helping us so we didn't miss our visitation!
