I strongly advise against enrolling in this academy. Their lack of professionalism and numerous safety concerns for children attending their classes or camps are deeply troubling. They frequently cancel classes with little notice and are unwilling to issue refunds, reflecting poorly on their reliability and commitment to the students and parents. In addition, their unethical customer service practices suggest a complete disregard for integrity, making them appear as nothing more than crooks.

Refuses to reach back to give a refund for a 12 week course that they canceled without informing us losing $1000. They lost their right to play at riverside instead of informing us and giving us the refund they basically went radio silent.

Definitely not worth the risk of signing up with how bad the communication channels are and the risk of losing your money.
