You lost a loyal customer. Your customer service is not at all up to mark. Aarti(the coordinator) needs training to talk to clients. Her behavior shows a blatant lack of empathy. She was rude in the call and no sign of apology. Totally disappointed.

I wish to bring to your attention my extremely unsatisfactory experience with THE FRENCH LAUNDRY. They have irreparably damaged my Gucci expensive t-shirt.. I have all the proof and what's app chat which I can share it to you all. After multiple follow-ups their attitude is like I don't care types. They are least bothered to call and update. Take this message as a serious feedback and an alert message. Don't use their services.

Horrible experience with them. They spoiled my shirt. On pointing out they said that my shirt was already stained when they received it for cleaning. Dont they check thouroughly for stains etc. before accepting the cloth for cleaning?If the shirt was already stained why it was not pointed out at the time of accepting it for cleaning?Rude staff and bad management.
