I needed a repair on my oven. Granted, I have a bit of an obscure brand (Jade) but they had fixed it in the past, so I figured I would try them again. It was making a funny sound, and I sent a video in advance. The repairman came and said that nothing was wrong with it. The dispatch called me directly afterward to bill my credit card for the full amount. I explained what happened, and let her know that I was positive that there was an issue, and that the guy hadn't spotted it. She said that there was a warranty on the service and that if it reoccured I should call back. Sure enough, two weeks later my oven completely died. I tried to reach back out by email to dispatch and was ignored until I called and someone called back. I also spoke to the repairman and asked him to come back. He said he would order the correct parts and come back. He never did. And further reachouts to dispatch were also ignored. Long story short - they didn't know how to fix my oven, charged me full price and ignored their warranty. Total fail.
