KFC

Very poor quality and cold and stale burger, upon enquiry the staffs give random excuses like the burger is supposed to be cold etc. They add extra items like dips without asking the customers and charge extra for those pathetic dips. This was my last order from KFC which I have been ordering for years now. Their downfall is imminent.

Be aware of the girls employees of this shop!! They will add extra things even though you asked them not to add.

Today I order one all chicken box and asked for the regular pepsi. But they add medium Pepsi and give me regular size Pepsi. In the meantime they throw my bill to dustbin!
When I asked my bill they were denying to give me my bill copy!!!

This is ridiculous!! This type low class fraud mentality employer is shame for a brand like KFC!

I feel bad for giving even one star, because I paid money for my order of 4 pieces of Chicken and one long burger,
Even when I showed them my transaction on Google pay they refused to give me my order. Saying money is not credited to their account since it was debited from mine. This is very bad service I really feel bad about KFC. I used to love it but now I don't feel so.

I have had a similar experience with KFC in the past. On this occasion, the fries were served cold and unsalted, and the burger patties were cold and easily torn apart. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they provided an unsatisfactory explanation, citing that the food had become cold. Despite this, they did provide a replacement meal. It is evident that KFC's standards have declined, and it is no longer the reputable establishment it once was.

Alert - If you are looking for Wednesday combos/offers, they will just fool you around.
I enquired about Wednesday combos, they told nothing was available, I checked the same in online app, it wa available. When there is rush they do not provide you the offers in store it seems. Even they did not provide burger meals, instead they asked to order seperately.
