هتل اسپیناس

We stayed at Espinas hotel for two weeks in November 2023. The highlight of our stay were the staff who are extremely accommodating. I’d especially like to thank Mr Taha Mousavi and Mrs Zeynab Hasanpour for going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast was fine and the traditional restaurant was our favourite.

It was a good place overall, but there were some issues:
1. Check-in took a very long time.
2. There is no valet parking; you have to park your car in the basement, which is not convenient.
My only bad experience at this place was when I went to the reception and asked if they had a needle. The receptionist completely ignored me and started speaking with someone else. After waiting for a long time, I had to ask another person for help.

The hotel is extremely expensive for both foreigners and locals. As of January 2024, the price for a room ranges anywhere between $125 to $150 USD or about 6.5 million toman. Honestly, it's not worth it. There are smoking and non-smoking rooms, and both reek of cigarettes. No one follows the rules in Iran. I think the worst part of the hotel is its management, not its service. Like all aspects of Iranian culture, this hotel is managed by mindless idiots who are power-hungry. Be prepared to be amazed at what happens when you allow unskilled people to run operations in Iran. It's truly astonishing because Iranians, in general, are incredibly brilliant and kind. The goons, however, make you lose all hope in humanity.

if you are in tehran, espinas is the place to stay. every single staff member is very kind and friendly and always willing to help out (even if you don't know any persian at all, which was my experience). the rooms are clean and quality. the lobby and restaurant is beautiful. the breakfast is great, and very specifically, my wife and i remember how the black tea at espinas is especially so, so, so good. if you are in tehran, do not miss out! other hotels in tehran can't compare to this place 😄

ما مراسم ختم دعوت بودیم. سرویس رسانی مجلس عالی بود، برخورد پرسنل هم عالی بود. لابی هتل ارامش خاصی داشت و کلا حرفه ای بودن رفتار پرسنل و فضا و... مشخص بود‌.
غذاهای هتل در عین کم روغن بودن بسیار خوشمزه بودند و طعمها مکمل هم بودند. همه ی غذاها زعفرونی نبود و تنوع داشتند.
دسر شکلاتی و کارامل هم عالی بود.
کلا همه چیز عالی
کلی هم ماشین تشریفاتی درب هتل در حال تردد هستند.
