Very crowded, definitely not worth it for this absurd price. We ordered a mini, medium and large for €38,50. They gave us the wrong toppings and also wrong sizes (found out when we we're already at home) and also a very nasty thing, we found a hair between one of the stroopwafels, ew! Also for our personal opinion, too sweet. Do not go there, it's a hype and you can get a fresh one on the market as well way cheaper.

It’s really delicious but I didn’t get why there are so many people in the line and why it’s so expensive. I can’t say that it’s exceptional in Amsterdam.

Overall staff is very friendly and I was served fast. The interior is fancy and I liked the decorations. For sure the wafers are tasty but too pricy.

StropWaffles were very sweet and expensive. I personally couldn’t finish the small sized one due to the sweetness, and we spent $30 on 3 smalls which is ridiculous. Even if it is popular due to its ‘til-took-worthy’. Interior and presentation. There’s also a weird rule that you can’t sit inside the store to eat so we were kicked out to stand and eat on the street.

There’s a long queue when we passed by, however the queue is much shorter on our way back so we give it a try. The waffle topping with chocolate is nice, quite sweet though. The price is dear, EURO $13.00 for a medium size. The shop is tiny. Probably that’s also one of the reasons why it looks a long queue there.

The waffles themselves are ridiculously sweet since there is thick caramel in between each waffle layer in addition to the toppings added on top. Even as someone with a sweet tooth, it was way too much.

Service was efficient and they remade a second waffle for me since they messed up my order.

Its overcrowded, expensive and too sweet and nothing really special. As a local I picked an empty day to visit this store. My verdict is that you are better off trying the grocery store ones or the other smaller shops in Albert Cuystraat simply because lines move faster.

Stroopwafels was on top of my list to try during Netherlands visit. Saw a huge line in front of this store and got tempted to try. After a long wait of 30 mins, finally I got my brownie Stroopwafel. The taste was good. The place is all fancy and nicely decorated but was managed poorly. The service was slow and they didn’t seem to be in hurry to tend to the orders fast and it seemed intentional to keep the lines longer outside the store making it seem like highly in-demand store.
Worth visiting one time for insta pictures. ;-)

This place is filled with madness. There are always people in queue, but it goes quite fast. You can have the traditional waffles in 3 sizes, with some topping alternatives. We liked it, but just for a taste, keep in mind that the small size is enough. The biscuit is very sweet and and it is possible to saturate with that flavour. It is also quite expensive. The small one is 10 euros and the medium one is 13 euros. I do not remember the big one. Pretty, but definitely overrated.
