Order no : 008541810 Dated 30.03.2024 Worst experience of our life,ordering online sale articles (15) and receiving fabrics made of khaddar,though mentioned cotton in the article description. Went to the lucky one outlet and they refused to assist us saying that online items can't be replaced as they were of 2023 batch and blocked in system, though nothing mentioned on the website that these online sale items can't be returned at their outlets.

Contacted khaadi helpline along with sending a strong complaint via email. The CSC team actually consists of people, who are totally incompetent and no value for customer satisfaction. Each one of them tells us that the Relevant team will contact us, which they never did in actuality. We made around 3-4 calls and got the same identical feedback. Last we received an email from them, that all items sent were as ordered and no fault from their side. Till now no call recieved from their Relevant dept

Extremely disappointed we are and will never order from their online site
