I bought a dress from them and I traveled saudia after i open it in saudia thats what i found out ,
It was a gift, all i want to say is shame..

We would like to issue a formal complaint. Due to the lack of customer service we have decided to no longer shop at your store.

This is due to an attempt we made to either return or exchange a purchase. The employees at Clifton dolmen mall location were very rude with their communication and were no help to us during this process. After multiple requests for a manager we were told every employee is a manager.

My husband and I are both professionals in the quality profession and understand how business works. And this type of behavior towards customers who planned to spend a large amount of our hard earned money has had a detrimentally negative effect on our perception of your company.

As a result we will no longer spend our money in your store when traveling to karachi from our home in the United States. We hope that your company makes every attempt to prevent these issues from happening with other customers in the future. Or else Khaadi will lose more customers and businesss.

Please remind your employee's that it is the CUSTOMERS that put money in their paychecks!! No customers equal no business equal no jobs for Khaadi.
