Worst food in Italy. Mayo in caesar dressing and pasta tasted like something from a jar. They should shut this place down as it is an insult to Italian food. I may be from America but I know good pasta and how to make caesar dressing, in fac I could out cook them any day of the week. Avoid at all costs

This place is a scam and a tourist trap.
Avoid at all cost. Reading all the other reviews (only after I’ve been here) made me feel even more furious that they’ve been doing this for quite awhile now but why is there no action taken on them?

First of all I ordered a simple Arugula salad with Burrata cheese and it arrived without the Burrata cheese😏 I knew these people think I’m stupid and I’m a clueless tourist who don’t understand Italian menu but I actually knew what exactly I ordered and what I got instead. Waited to see if the waiter was going to say anything and fix any “mistake” but they did nothing. I have just arrived in Florence, it was raining badly and I needed to stay indoor for a bit, hence I believe I “let it go” at that time.

Paid a total of 25 Euro for the salad without Burrata (they replaced with some shaved Parmesan instead) and a cup of Cappucino. Incredible. I hope they will be shut down soon.
