I use this carpark regularly & have to compliment the staff who are always very helpful. The reason it's not 5 stars is that they open level floor later than the others which can cause frustration (particularly earlier in the day & at busy times) especially now that there is excluded taxi parking.

I only stood in front of this building, so not quite sure why it tagged me as there.

Looked alright for a car park. Cars went in and out and everybody looked like they were having a great time.

Car park is okay, well maintained and lots of blue badge bays. My only complaint would be the parking tickets are very sensitive to MagSafe devices/ wireless charging phones. I would have a habit of putting car park tickets in my phone case to keep them safe, but I cannot do this here as it wipes the ticket and won’t register the ticket when I come to pay! Parking attendants and security are lovely though and did help me out!

I visited CastleCourt shopping centre last week and I was very impressed by the car park facilities.

The car park is spacious, clean, secure, and well-lit.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the payment system is easy and convenient.

The car park is open from 7:30 am to 8 pm on weekdays, 7:30 am to 7 pm on Saturdays, and 12 pm to 7 pm on Sundays.

The rates are reasonable, and there is an early bird offer for £6 if you park between 7:30 am and 9:30 am on weekdays.

The car park is also close to the city centre and the main attractions, so you can enjoy your shopping and sightseeing without worrying about your car.

I would highly recommend CastleCourt car park to anyone looking for a great parking experience in Belfast.
