La place est plus parlante, pour le mur, difficile de s’imaginer l’histoire qu il y a eu derrière.
Ich kann hier einigen nicht ganz zustimmen. Wenn man sich vorab über dieses Thema informiert hat, weiß man auch über die einzelnen Dinge Bescheid. Es wurde sehr viel abgerissen und das was noch steht reicht um einen kleinen Einblick zu bekommen. Alles andere wäre zwar interessant aber sehr verstörend. Man könnte sich ja noch mal den Film Schindlers Liste anschauen und die Emaile Fabrik besuchen. Danach hat man den Durchblick!!! Dann versteht man auch warum die Mauer so aussieht wie sie aussieht 😉

Man muss ehrlicherweise sagen, es ist nichts spannendes und man kann leider hier auch nichts lernen (wie zb durch eine Infotafel o.ä)
Ich würde das 400m entfernte Schindler Museum empfehlen, so kann man auch den Hintergrund dieser Mauer verstehen und wird viel vertrauter mit dieser Gegend.
Nach dem Besuch war ich auch viel erstaunter und gleichermaßen voller Trauer, weil ich verstehen konnte wieviel Geschichte das alles hier erzählt.

Super miejsce, żeby usiąść ze znajomymi i po prostu pogadać przy piwku. Spokojna, klimatyczna muza wprawia w dobry nastrój i nie trzeba się przy niej przekrzykiwać siedząc naprzeciw siebie.

Hay más buenas personas que malas y como muestra nombraré: Tadeusz Pankiewicz, Irena Sendler, Oscar Schindler, el zaragozano Angel Sanz Briz (el Angel de Budapest) y muchos más quizá no tan conocidos.

The Grunwald Monument in Kraków is truly a sight to behold. Standing in Matejko Square, it’s a powerful tribute to the Polish victory at the Battle of Grunwald. I always find myself impressed by the monument’s dramatic depiction of King Władysław Jagiełło on horseback. The detail and grandeur of the sculpture evoke a strong sense of national pride and history. I enjoy sitting near the monument and reflecting on its significance while watching the lively activity in the square. For me, it’s a perfect blend of history and art that captures the spirit of Kraków beautifully. But you reading a battle of Grunwald before visit here (:
Pazartesi olduğu için çok sakindi. Genel olarak mekanlar cuma cumartesi canlı olduğu için bana normal geldi. Tercih edilebilir. Fiyatlar ortalama.
Mieszkaliśmy niedaleko tego miejsca, podczas II wojny światowej w tym miejscu było getto, fragmenty murów są w pobliżu. Nie wiem co autor miał na myśli lub jaka jest geneza ale to dziwne miejsce, pomnik.

Pomnik jest bardzo starannie wykonany, robi wrażenie górując wręcz na Placu Matejki. Ciekawą atrakcja. U podnóża pomnika usytuowany jest grób nieznanego żołnierza.
Erinnert an die Schlacht von Tannenberg (Grünwald) im Jahre 1410, in der Polen-Litauen gegen den Deutschen Orden siegte.
15 lipca 1910 roku, w rocznicę zwycięskiej bitwy odsłonięto Pomnik Grunwaldzki na placu Matejki w Krakowie. Zniszczony przez Niemców w czasie II wojny światowej, został odbudowany dopiero w 1976. Pomnik ma ponad 13 metrów wysokości, na szczycie cokołu znajduje się konny posąg króla Władysława Jagiełły.
Super klimat. Wieczory z muzyką na żywo. Kelnerzy niesamowicie mili, doradzą, co nieco zmodyfikują. Ceny jak wszędzie - nie wygórowane, rynkowe.

Pomnik Mistrza Matejki w pobliżu Bramy Floriańskiej. Jan Matejko na fotelu w ramie obrazu. Twarzą odwrócony w stronę Akademii Sztuk Pięknych. To jego codzienna trasa z domu na Floriańskiej 41 do Szkoły Sztuk Pięknych, gdzie był dyrektorem. Pomnik powstał w 175 rocznicę urodzin i 120 rocznicę śmierci. Przy okazji warto zobaczyć kamienicę Mistrza.
Nice square with a lot of merchants. Nothing really appealed to me, but there were a lot of people here. You can also get food, which is all located on one side. Seemed a bit pricey, but looked delicious. Stage was setup for performances.
Synagoga aktualnie nieczynna. Można ją zatem zobaczyć ją jedynie z zewnątrz. Warto zwrócić uwagę na dobudowane w latach 20 XX wieku dwubiegowe schody z balustradami i gankiem arkadowym przeznaczonym dla kobiet. Po II wojnie światowej planowano przekształcić synagogę w kościół katolicki do czego jednak nie doszło. Aż do zmian ustrojowych w 1989 r. synagoga nie była jednak wykorzystywana w celach religijnych. Swoją siedzibę miała tu m.in. rekwizytornia Teatru Stu.

O Memorial do Gueto Judaico em Varsóvia honra as vítimas do gueto durante a Segunda Guerra Mundial. Situado na Praça dos Heróis do Gueto, o memorial destaca a resistência e a tragédia do povo judeu, servindo como um poderoso símbolo de lembrança e reflexão histórica para todos os visitantes.
Ich habe das Ghetto, über Google gesucht und nur die Hausnummer 29 mit ein paar Fragmente gefunden. Die anderen Bilder die bei Google gezeigt werden,sind ähnliche Themen. Ich habe mehrere Passanten gefragt. Aber keiner der polnischen Bürger konnte mir weiterhelfen. Ich finde es sehr schade das in Krakau nicht mehr auf Geschichte wert gelegt wird.

Bar super cool en sous sol . Caves voûtées en briques. Les cocktails sont délicieux à un prix très correct . Et surtout les barmans sont très sympa et fun . On a passé 2 super soirées dans cet établissement !
Διάβασα πριν πάω σχετικά.Ειναι συγκλονιστικό το εικαστικό δρώμενο.Μαλιστα σε μια καρέκλα κάποιος είχε αφήσει λουλούδια.Ανατριχιασα.Πολλοι άνθρωποι καθοντουσαν για φωτογραφίες με γέλια και αστείες πόζες.Μαλιστα βρήκα και Πολωνούς που τους είπα λίγα λόγια και δεν γνώριζαν την ιστορία του τόπου.Πολωνοι από άλλες περιοχές της χώρας.Ακοτσαν με πολλοί σεβασμό.
Ciekawy pomysł na pomnik, jednak można było trochę niżej go postawić, tak aby była możliwość stanąć w ramie i zrobić zdjęcie na pięknym tle krajobrazu.

Jan Matejko siedzący w fotelu, na ramie obrazu. Szczerze mówiąc pomimo tego, że stoi od 2013 dopiero niedawno go zauważyłem. Bardzo udany.
Monument built before WWI commemorating the victory of the Polish-Lithuanian commonwealth over the expanding Teutonic knights order. Do recall that at the time of the monument being unveiled Krakow was part of the Austrian empire. When the Germans occupied the city, it was demolished and a citizen saved a part of it which is now displayed in Schindler's museum.
Edificato a metà del XVII Secolo, su commissione del ricco banchiere Izaak Jakubowicz. Esternamente imponente, caratteristica non comune alle sinagoghe. Internamente riccamente decorata; di rilievo le iscrizioni sulle pareti risalenti al XVII Secolo. Non abbiamo potuto visitarla all'interno.
Ok. 12 listopada 2014 r., z okazji przypadającej 175. rocznicy urodzin i 120. rocznicy śmierci na Plantach odsłonięto pomnik Jana Matejki. Monument z brązu, który jest usytuowany w pobliżu ul. Basztowej, po zachodniej stronie Barbakanu, naprzeciwko Akademii Sztuk Pięknych, przedstawia Jana Matejkę siedzącego w fotelu, umieszczonego w ramie obrazu. Inicjatorem i pomysłodawcą budowy pomnika był prof. Stanisław Pytko z Akademii Górniczo-Hutniczej w Krakowie. Projektantem posągu był Jan Tutaj.
We were here on 9/24/22 and there were wooden booths with vendors and music at one end. Not sure if this is a common practice but it was very festive and we enjoyed walking around and buying things from the local vendors.
For food- have cash as some of the vendors only took cash. For all goods we were able to use a credit card.
