Honestly if I could give Zero stars I would!
It’s absolutely disgraceful!
I’ve been ringing for over a week now ! And either I can’t get through and when I do get through they tell me to ring another time. Please don’t register here they don’t even have gps working through out the day they just have pharmacist and physicians!
“I don’t know about you but if I’m going to a GP i want to be seen by a GP”!
The receptionist “Anika” is so rude absolute no manner of talking or explaining the situation in a civil manner!
People look down at the NHS because of practices like this !
I know you’re based on great Horton road but come on !
Practice manager Ms.Khan and practice owner Dr. Zaidi and co really need to up their game and start making changes around the practice which suit their patients.

Very poor service.
They call us to collect the prescription but when I went there they said your medication is out of stock, and also they don’t have any particular opening and closing time which is worst.
30 minutes to answer a call when you are 1 in que . Give you wrong medication and end up with a allergic reaction. Doctors don't read patient notes . Complain when short staffed but build new rooms instead of hiring new Doctors or nurses.
I’ve tried to hard to be lenient with this practice and given them so many chances, but there is always an issue! 5 days ago I sent them a document for my prescription, chased it up and was told pharmacist would be looking at it Friday. Friday has come and no contact, now they’re closed. I’m left without my medication again. The practice is so poorly run and the staff have no direction provided my management. Their processes are completely wrong and inappropriate time frames for things to be done. If it wasn’t so convenient to be inbetween my home and work i would 100% leave. The nurses are lovely and I’ve only had positive experiences with a couple of the GPs
The staff are rude and ignorant u can be stood at the desk before anyone comes to attend to you even after ringing the bell many times and there attitude stinks all these things I'm saying are what goes on at the front desk and reception on the phone also 😔

Waiting for my appointment for more than half an hour. Talk to receptionist about it and she replied rudely.
111 sent an assessment through to Bilton and told me to call them within the next 2 hours, I've been trying to call them for 45 minutes. I feel like it's going to be hopeless to try to get medical help at this point.
The rating is not for the doctors working there. The impossible task is to get through the reception. If you need an appointment, be ready to waste at least half an hour every day for few days to get on line. I'm leaving this practice as soon as possible.
Edit: They should change the practice name to 'Line is busy'. Trying to get the appointment for over a week now, no success.
I used to be Dr. Gilker's patient I am so happy now have found a new GP elsewhere. I have no complained about the doctor's but most of the receptionist rude.
Appalling behaviour from Janice receptionist. She is rude and has know form of customer service. She screams down the phone and doesn’t know how to treat a poorly patient. She claims she is the office manager but has so sense of management I can’t believe she’s been working there for so long. It’s about time they get rid of her, she is causing patients to leave this surgery.

Rude and arrogant drs. No care for patients very dismissive, zero empathy, always in a rush.If over worked why run two surgeries?
Appointments are almost impossible to make. Only reason most patients are staying is because of language
Im very disappointed.. They are not too busy in the moment.. but too busy take my phone calls.. calld now like70 times.. no yoke ... no chance that the phone rings... my daughter need to see doctor.. so I have to take her to the hospital again. Waiting there for 6 hours. Just because someone don't do there job properly.. the receptionist are always in the bad mood.. why they even work there..? they should be positive and nice... Last time I was there trying to call.. there phone even didn't ring but line was too busy... interesting.. they shoud make more phone lines .. if this is problem ... For last 8 years what I'm here minimum.. this was always the problem.. they can even close the centre because they here for nothing ...definitely not for as.!!!!!!!!

This lady is elderly she rang on the advice of her doctor, the person she spoke to was so disrespectful. Refused to pass on a message to her doctor
. She flatly refused to give this to her doctor

Just said NO AND NO TO THE NEXT DAY
MY FRIEND WAS SO UPSET SHE DOESNT WANT TO CONTINUE WITH TREATMENT OR RING TO SEE HER DOCTOR,
Why is this happening why is the elderly been spoken to like this

We are told to treat the staff on reception with respect,
Why does it not work both ways

Absolutely disgusting receptionist, was on hold for 3 hours only to get through to a rude receptionist. As a receptionist myself there is no need for someone to be this rude. When i asked to speak to a manager she dropped the call on me absolutely disgusting should be shut down on account of the reception staff. Unable to help anyone just disgusting people
Reception staff is very helpful and always try their best to assist and help, All the reception staff are brilliant.
This is the worst gp you can get you can't get an appointment rude staff and always a problem ordering prescriptions ,try to find another gp if possible

Lovely nurses. She made my vaccine so quick and painless
Poor communication and instruction, seems like any excuse to not examine you, even though I got a text verification that my appointment was booked, I know what is wrong with the NHS and how to fix it, I know why I don't visit here often .
Disgusting service recieved today! Ended up coming abit late which i apologized for numerous times and they still kept repeating the same sentence acting like i was lying. Rude receptionist telling me I should be greatful that I’m still being seen which is none of your business. If doctor didn’t want to see me anymore they should’ve said instead of then becoming bitter and giving comments to patients whilst i was holding my baby. Disgusting staff who need to be replaced. Also recieved a letter on the way out stating why I was late?? And lying about me?. Blonde hair bob lady at reception with glasses and the hijab lady who handed me the letter so rude. Please little horton lane get new staff. If I was late doctor should’ve then said that she doesn’t want to see me instead she still decided too so why are all the staff then giving comments? You’re not better than anyone because you work at the surgery get over yourselves.
I being patients this surgery's many years. When I try to book appointments no body answer phone and appointments not available when I request sick note unavailable. Very bad service this surgery's.
Opens at 8am, one minute after your in a quo above 30 how the hell does that work
You say you have patch's. But your times are not good. As it should open at least open with surgery times. If not 24 hrs. Also it should not be limited to 4 people per day, and switch off like I was told. Under NHS and CCG ruling should have access long to service and should allow more patient to access service.
Iam very happy with this surgery they make appointments quickly all doctors is good and they take a care for all patients
I wanted to follow on from my review as today I had a different experience so I thought I'd put this at the top I put stars up because Dr Afzal is an amazing Doctor who should get the recognition he deserves for his hard work and effort. He treats all his patients with respect and care. Advises me on what to eat and what to avoid eating. He also told me what medication would help being ill and that if I had any problems to come back. This I felt very cared for and looked after. In this day and age your lucky to even be seen by a doctor.

(Absolutely appalling duty of care. I requested an Inhaler on repeat prescription as I had run out. The receptionist told me to wait till Wednesday!! ( If you have asthma why on earth would you wait till Wednesday if you need an inhaler). After calling 111 who said they will send the GP surgery a message and being advised to call them back. I called the GP back I was then told to call back at 6pm. I called at 6pm but the surgery was closed.. Now I've to do without an inhaler.)
they let you wait for 1 hour if ur lucky u get appointment u go for your appointment they ask u whats your problem and that’s it u can go home cuz they will not help. they just seat front of the computer and write ur problem .
Terrible service at the medical centre rang up I was 4th in the line then dropped after 10 minutes down to 1st in line then waiting on phone for 25 mins still 1st in line no one picking up ridiculous poor medical practice.
Absolute shambles the receptionist are very rude unhelpful I'll mannered. They don't know how to talk to the public. Most of the on call doctors don't know what they are talking about only Dr Zaidi and Dr Nasira treat people well and they know how to deal with people in a nice manner.
The telephone lines are always busy if by a miracle you get through you are in a queue by the time you get to number 1 they cut you off .
worst place ever. hardly call for anything but when needing an appointment its an absolute piss take. called today to wait in a call queue twice and both times the call was answered and then cut off. these people are not qualified and im not happy with this service. whats the point having a doctors surgery if you cannot get through to them. waste of time.
Bad service and poor communication all round, I've been chasing for hepatitis copy 4 months, on another day the copy cannot be located however on some days it becomes it magical appears but needs to be cleared the doctor who i guess is coming from heaven coming from hah
Absolute waste of time. Takes two weeks to be registered if you are lucky and in that period can’t be seen. Goodness only knows how long it takes to punch bunch of details on computer. There is no star if reviews could be written without one would be great. Avoid poor triage, rude!

My wife have a oppintment with doctor at 11.45 am we been there all the way from bd8 ,we reach there at 11.51 only 6 minutes over due to road works allaround in the bradford,dr refuse to see her,only 6 minuets late we are,but last time we reach on time and then dr call us after 20 minutes of the time of oppointment.you know thing is our time is not important but the otherway them time is quality time for them,i am very disappointed
If I could leave 0 star I would. Couldn’t get an appointment for 2 seperate instances for myself and my daughter, told to go online and do an e consultation. I’m still waiting a call back from a doctor in jan 23 from these two incidents that were summer 22!!!!
I’ve now been trying to get through for a vaccine during pregnancy for 3 weeks! Cannot get through to a receptionist and keep getting disconnected it’s a joke! 31 weeks pregnant and needed this vaccination for weeks now. By the time they answer my baby may already here and vulnerable to the disease
A ridiculous service. Only take phone appointments. But will take over a week to get one. Today said they are fully booked with 50 appointments even though a&e told me to call my doctor asap on Monday. They also have told their patients via letter/text to NOT ring on a Monday… as if you can choose when you are unwell. On top of that, reception/phone handlers are incompetent and sound uneducated.
If I could rate a zero I would. Hands down the worst GP service I have ever received. It is almost impossible to get in touch with reception and even after you've waited 3/4 hours to speak to someone (if the call doesn't get dropped) they're so so rude and horrible. If you go into the surgery it's empty and the women at reception are so unhelpful and clearly hate their jobs. The doctors themselves have no idea what they're talking about and completely misdiagnose. I have been left over a week without a prescription which I need and when you go in you get sent away. I'm not quite sure how they're still open.
