Nice temple of Lord Krishna in Guruvayoor. It is very close to the Guruvayoor railway station. Temple dedicated to Lord Krishna in the form of Partha sarathy. The inside of the temple has a beautiful formation in the form of a chariot with Lord Krishna being the charioteer. A must visit after visiting Guruvayur

Very bad place to stay. Rooms are not maintained. Bathrooms in bad condition. Not cleaned. Think twice before booking rooms here.

Clean and neat premises.
Efficient staff - they love urging you to spend as little time having darshan as possible - literally, they try to see that you are pushed, prodded, shouted at, so that you have less than a few seconds for Darshan. The unique feature is the blending of 4 to 5 queues, through a narrow gateway, that leads to a stampede through a narrower passage. Finally, you may get half a glimpse of Bala Krishna depicted as 4 armed Vishnu. I suggest you spend a good few minutes at the crest on the security railings of the East and West approaches, and, use it as the imaginary image of the true moolavirat inside.

A pleasant atmosphere. Came to know that aarti and bhajan happen early in the morning and late evening. 04.30AM and 07.30PM.

I saw the Nambeeshan who rudely misbehaved with the priest infront of others.The temple authority remained silent.it s pity for the whole Temple culture and rules .It s against the calm atmosphere of divinity

Having visited Guruvayoor numerous times, I was pleasantly surprised to see the existence of a temple dedicated to Chamundeswari Devi not far from Mammiyoor Siva temple. It's located just about 1Km from the Outer Ring Road. If you're planning to visit this temple after praying at Mammiyoor temple, please do not use the route shown by Google Maps which takes you through E K Nayanar road unless you're on a two wheeler. The road gets very narrow and just about fits a car. Please go via an alternate route. There is no dedicated parking space within the temple premises, but you can park on the road: there's hardly any traffic along that road.

The temple doesn't occupy much area: it's rather small. The sanctum sanctorum can be clearly viewed from the road. I felt great praying there especially since it has such a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Thanks Maps for showing me this temple!
