من اخیرا برای اولین بار در سفارت ایران در برلین در بخش کنسولی بودم و تجربه بسیار ناخوشایندی دارم. من برای تمدید پاسپورتم به دفتر کنسولی مراجعت کردم و برخورد همکار شما در باجه دوم بسیار نامحترمانه بود. من به ایشان اطلاع دادم که دانشجو هستم و طبیعتا طبق قانون درخواست تمدید پاسپورتم باید به طور رایگان انجام میشد. همکار شما به طور خیلی غیر حرفه ای من را وادار به پرداخت هزینه 120 یورویی کرد و استدلال ایشان این بود که احتمالا من در قبال تحصیلاتم در دانشگاه از دانشگاه پول دریافت میکنم و اینکه هزینه تمدید پاسپورت تنها بیست یورو در سال برای من تمام میشود و از نظر ایشان مبلغ زیادی نیست. مساله من در خصوص پرداخت پول نیست. مساله این است که در سفارت چرا همچین رفتار غیرحرفه ای انجام میشود. ایشان میتوانستند خیلی محترمانه تر با من برخورد کنند حتی ایشان به حرف من گوش نداند که توضیحات من رو بشنوند. به هرحال من هزینه را به صورت اجباری پرداخت کردم و برای من تجربه جالبی نبود بخصوص اینکه فعالیت کاری من در خصوص فرهنگ و تاریخ ایران هستش و من از سفارت کشور خودم انتظار دیگه ای داشتم. این متن رو برای مدیرت محترم کنسول مینویسم تا شاید شرایط بهتری ایجاد شود

Tourist visa in just 4-5 days

I recently applied for a tourist visa at the Philippine Embassy, and I must say, the experience was remarkably smooth and efficient. Being an Indian national planning a trip to the Philippines for more than 15 days, I was required to apply for a visa. I sent my documents via Deutsche Post, and they were received at the embassy by Thursday afternoon, as confirmed by the postal service’s tracking system.

To my pleasant surprise, the embassy processed my visa application in just 4-5 days. What’s more impressive is that I received my passport back with the visa in a mere 7 days from the time of application. This kind of efficiency is truly commendable.

I had to call the embassy once with a question, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful over the phone. The professionalism and promptness displayed by the embassy staff are exemplary, setting a high standard for customer service.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience with the Philippine Embassy. The quick turnaround time for visa processing and the courteous behavior of the staff made my visa application process stress-free and pleasant. Embassies of other countries, especially from my home country, India, could certainly take a leaf out of their book. Highly recommended for their outstanding service!

I am satisfied of their work and kindness. the room so Clean and about Philippines history or islands was entertaining. I am just a little bit disappointed on their email thingy.

نه کسی جوابگو هست، نه پای تلفن میره. تنها کسی که براتون مهم نیست ایرونی هاست و مشکلاتشون. سفارت یعنی نمایندگی یک کشور و مردمش. خدایی شما نماینده کدوم کشورید. احتمالا نماینده افغانستان و سوریه و لبنان.

با تشکروعرض خسته نباشید به کارمندان سفارت ایران در برلین. من با اولین تماس موفق شدم جواب همه سوالاتم را بگیرم ،وآقایی که پشت خط بودن کاملا با احترام و با تمام صبرو حوصله به من پاسخ دادن و بسیار خرسندم.

درود برشما. میخواستم یه تشکر ویژه بکنم از همه ی کارمندان زحمت کش سفارت. برخورد دوستانه و کاره منم راه انداختند با تاخیر خیلی کم و همون روز با من تماس گرفتن و کلی عذر خواهی کردن. یک لحظه خیلی حال کردم. خدایی دمتون گرم تشکر ویژه از آقای رسولی گل .

Great staff... Last year 2022, i was there to changed my surename of my Philippine passport. The staff so friendly, Kind helpful and quick to processed & the place so clean, i thought that my passport arrive month after but surprisingly 2 weeks after i recieved with. Mabuhay Philippines Embassy in Berlin!!! Excellent Service.

Staff members are very polite and on email they answer me in less than 24 hrs.

رفتار و برخورد خیلی خوبی داشتند . و برای راه افتادن کار ارباب رجوع هر جور بتونن کمک میکنند. ضمن اینکه من دیدم خانمهایی که روسری روی شونه هاشون انداخته بودن. و کسی تذکری نداد. عالی بود همه چیز واقعا ... من چندین مرتبه به هموطنهای دیگه هم گفتم که پرسنل مودب مهربونی داره سفارت ایران در برلین... ♥️

کاش کارمندهای سفارت ایران در آنکارا یاد بگیرن. من پارسال در ترکیه به سفارت ایران رفتم ... عبوس عنق بداخلاق

فقط یه خانمی لحظه آخر رسید و قابل تحمل بود

I am very disappointed with the services of the Philippine Embassy in Berlin. I have requested SPAs for two different documents and received two SPAs but only for one document. I wonder how that happened knowing that I submitted two different documents with copies attached with them. When I called them to inform the error, the staff from the authentication department tried to talk his way out without apologizing and even asked me to pay for the courier fee for sending a correct authenticated SPA, even though it is their mistake.

Eventually, the staff agreed to send the corrected document but didn't expedite the delivery although I have originally paid for an expedited delivery worth 77 euros. As of today, I still haven't received the corrected SPA, and when I asked them by email for the tracking number and courier company (so I can track the document) their only reply was that they sent the document already a week ago. Again without any apologies, explanation, or direct answer to my question which I think is very rude.

I think what is lacking with the staff is empathy and genuine customer service. I hope their way of dealing can be improved, that instead of acting defensive and being rude, there should be a genuine urge to help Filipinos living in Germany.

Great embassy. We wanted to apply for Visa and even tho we had no appointment we were treated nice and patient. The staff helped us as fast as possible and we felt very welcome.
Love it.

I got a Great Experience with the staff, the Filipinos working at the embassy did the job well! they are very accommodating , friendly, and kind. Thanks to Mr. Elvin Jay Alejandro he is one of a good example of Filipinos living abroad! He is very accommodating and responsive in every inquiries and emails. And the security staff also he is very nice giving respect to people. Great Staff, Excellent Service, Great Experienced! Thank You Philippines Embassy, Berlin!

Excellent service! Very accommodating... Huge thank you to Mr. Renan who took my biometrics, he did well. I don't understand why people complain here of bad service?!
I would recommend going to the Embassy website and read... How hard is that? The website will provide you all the information you need - in just a click.
